Inclement Weather
If by chance we are forced to implement a delayed two hour opening on any day of the Mid-Terms scheduled for February 2nd -February 5th, we will administer the Session B exam. All staff and students will report to homeroom upon arrival. The Session A exam for that day will be rescheduled starting with Monday, February 8th, as the first make-up date.If the entire school day is cancelled, exams will continue with the original schedule and the cancelled day will be rescheduled starting with Monday, February 8th, as the first make-up date.
New Entrants
New entrants that arrived prior to and including December 11, 2009 are responsible for the contents of the mid-term exams and should be tested accordingly. New entrants that arrived on or after December 14, 2009 are required to take mid-term exams; however the results should be used as a diagnostic assessment.
Absent Students
Students who are absent on the day of a mid-term must schedule their make-up date with their instructor. The scheduled date will then be forwarded to the appropriate grade level administrator by the instructor. All exams are to be completed no later than ten school days after the date of the students’ return. (Mid-term dates are not included in this calculation.)
