The Office of Curriculum and Instruction works to ensure that the students of the Winslow Township School District receive engaging and rigorous instruction from highly qualified teachers who implement curriculum and utilize research-based materials aligned to the New Jersey Student Learning Standards. Our work supports meaningful learning experiences that foster student achievement for all learners, including those with diverse needs. As our mission states, we aim “to educate all students to become independent, life-long learners, critical thinkers, caring and confident members of their community.”
In addition, the Office of Curriculum and Instruction is responsible for the procurement, implementation, and evaluation of all instructional programs across the district. This includes the development, revision, and monitoring of curriculum as well as ongoing professional development to support high-quality teaching and learning.
Together, these efforts ensure that our instructional programs are coherent, equitable, and designed to prepare students for success in an ever-changing world.
